Since each piece is made-to-order, orders are typically dispatched within 10–12 business days. We strive to ship your order as soon as the garment is ready. For simpler pieces like tops, dispatch will usually occur within 5–6 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, third-party delivery agencies, or statutory clearance procedures during the delivery process.

Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid to ensure a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping experience.

Customs & Taxes

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Domestic shipping : We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

International shipping : A flat shipping fee of INR 2,940 / USD 35 applies to all international orders (excluding new arrivals).

As each piece is specially made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy allows us to focus on crafting every garment with precision and care, just for you. We kindly encourage you to review all product details and sizing information thoroughly before placing your order to ensure it’s the perfect fit for you.
